Islamists threatened Germany of attacks for Daniel Schneider’s liberation

Unidentified German Islamists distributed video demanding the release from prison and sent to Afghanistan, a member of the so-called “cell zauerland” Daniel Schneider, who along with his friends prepared a series of major terrorist attacks in West Germany, according to Welt.

Himself 24-year-old Daniel Snyder, who is serving a prison sentence of Saarbrücken, distanced himself from the movies with terrorist threats, saying through his lawyer that he has sponsored a video message from nothing and did not know people, imprinted on the record. Schneider’s attorney added that his client does not want to go to Afghanistan and intends to use the time in prison for receiving higher education.

Recall that four members of the zauerland cells (two Germans converted to Islam Gelovits Fritz and Daniel Snyder, a citizen of Germany of Turkish origin Atilla Selek and a Turkish citizen Adem Yilmaz) were arrested in September 2007 for the manufacture of bombs.
