One of the leaders of the Gulf Cartel “(Cartel del Golfo), the powerful Mexican drug cartel, was shot dead in north-east of the country. On Saturday reported Agence France-Presse, with reference to the representative of the Mexican Defense Ministry, who wished to remain anonymous.
