Mercedes-Benz recalls cars due to fuel leakage

Mercedes-Benz has officially confirmed the recall of its model in 2011: E-Class, M-Class, R-Class and GL-Class due to a defect in the fuel filters.

According to the organization of National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, an important detail in this filter, the O-ring may not be properly lubricated, which can lead to fuel leakage. About 2300 cars were recalled because of this flaw and redirected to the revision. As the company claims that these problems will not affect car prices.
