Somali pirates hijacked the vessel with Chinese sailors

In Arabian Sea, pirates hijacked a Panama registered cargo ship with a Chinese crew. As reported in the morning on Saturday, November 13, CNN referring to the “Xinhua” on board “Yuan Xiang” (Yuan Xiang) are 29 Chinese citizens.
Pirates have contacted the shipping company Ningbo Hongyuan Ship Management, which owns the captured vessel, and reported that sail on it in Somalia.

Agence France-Presse, referring to “the Xinhua reports that Chinese authorities have been unable to contact the crew of” Yuan Xiang “and the fate of seafarers is not known.

AFP notes that Somali pirates are currently being held in captivity for a total of 20 ships and 438 hostages.
