Snoop Dogg came up with an alternative to American Idol Talent From the hood
Rapper Snoop Dogg is planning to launch his own reality TV show built on the principle of the programs American Idol and The X Factor.Snoop Dogg wants to give a platform to talented musicians living in tough areas across the U.S. and hopes his series would rival British mogul Simon Cowell’s star-maker competitions.
He says, “The American Idol and X Factor shows, they’re great shows. But I think I need to make a show like that, that’s straight directed to the ‘hood. To the artists that don’t get that attention, that don’t have the money to make themselves representable. This raw talent and ability.
“I’m looking for a deal from one of you TV networks to give Snoop Dogg his own ‘hood TV show where I can find America’s hottest ‘hood artists.”
Now Snoop Dogg is looking for a television channel which would support his idea.
Snoop Dogg released the 11 th and last for today studio album in March 2011.The record is called “Doggumentary”. In addition, the spring of 2011, it became known that the rapper will take part in work on the musical material, which prepares the actor Charlie Sheen
