Transportation prices in the tourist centers of the world
Moscow has taken 28 place in the ranking of tourist destinations at a price of travel by public transport. Rating issued by Price of Travel on Tuesday, November 16. The portal compared the prices of public transport in the 80 world’s most popular tourist cities.
Least of all for public transportation you have to pay in the Venezuelan capital Caracas. A trip on the subway or bus stands there 0.12 – 0.28 USD. In second place in the ranking was Cairo with 0.17 dollars for a trip on the subway. Closes the top three Delhi, where a ticket on the subway costs from 0.18 to 0.66 dollars.
22 place in the ranking took St. Petersburg, where prices for public transportation, ranges from 0.61 to 0.71 dollars.
Highest prices for public transport were in Copenhagen, Oslo and Venice. So, a trip on the river tram in Venice will cost the tourist $9.
The rating used prices on mid-November 2010 and stated exactly the value that the tourists would pay for public transport.
Price of Travel notes that, despite the Caracas number one ranking, as a whole it is a very expensive city for tourists
